Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Drop Cookies
(dubbed “Seagull Cookies” by an un-named group of people long after the decks were cleared at HP Blue)
In a saucepan, melt:

1 Stick of Butter
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 C Sugar
1/2 C Milk
Dash of Salt

Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Mix in:

1/2 C Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
